• We support payment options such as Debit Card, Net-banking, Credit Card, Wallet (Google Pay, MobiKwik, FreeCharge, Ola Money, JioMoney), and UPI
  • All Debit Card, Net Banking, and Credit Card transactions at POKKISHAM are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption. Don’t worry, your money is safe!!
  • POKKISHAM will consider your order only after you receive an order confirmation and payment confirmation message/email from both POKKISHAM and RAZORPAY.
  • Due to Bank server / Internet issues, if there are any deductions from your bank, they will be refunded as per your bank policy. POKKISHAM would not be liable. We request you to get in touch with your bank.


  • Once you place an order/preorder, you will receive a detailed order confirmation email from POKKISHAM.
  • A detailed payment confirmation SMS and email will be sent by RAZORPAY.
  • If you do not receive one of the above-mentioned notifications, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will check and get back to you in 2 working days.
  • Once the order/preorder is ready for shipment, we will send an SMS and email with the tracking details.
  • Once the order/preorder is successfully delivered based on the status from the logistic partner’s website, we will send an SMS and email that the order has been successfully delivered.
  • Notification will not be sent if there is any delay in shipment and we expect you to coordinate with the logistics partner.


  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with the status “Order Confirmed”.
  • Order/preorder placed, it will taking 2 to 3 working days time for packing and courier booking.
  • Order/preorder placed on Friday will process by Monday only.


  • If you done order cancellation, the payment team may detuct some charges from the customer paid amount, so Pokkisham not responsible for that above deduction.
  • If you done order cancellation after the packing/shipping process is going/completed on, POKKISHAM will duduct the charges of packing/shipping from the customer paid amount and return the balance.
  • If incorrect orders placed or additional products ordered by mistake would not be possible to refund full payments for cancellation.


  • Return, Replacement and Cash Refund facilities are not possible for products sold.
